When you are part of a team, it’s not about being a “wow” person; it’s about truly being part of the team. This idea always motivates me to keep learning, so I can be an asset to the team. When you’re part of a team, strive to do just this:
- Be more accurate
- Be willing to ask for help when needed
- Be considerate and gentle with others; it’s all about collaboration
- Focus on completing one task at a time before moving to another
- Support your team unconditionally
- Seek for effective and simple solutions
- Seek guidance from senior team members when needed
